How do I register for the DoD Applied Innovation Workshop?

Register for the meeting by visiting the DoD Applied Innovation Workshop website.
 

What is included in the cost of my registration?

Registration includes access to the technical sessions, short courses, poster sessions, and technology demonstrations. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Light receptions will be provided on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Several coffee breaks will also be provided throughout the week. 
 

Are meals included with my registration?

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, cancellations are accepted as follows:

100% refund up until: December 31, 2025
50% refund from January 1-31, 2026
No refund after: February 1, 2026

Please email symposium@noblis.org to submit your cancellation request. Refunds could take up to seven business days to show in your credit card account.
 

Can I purchase my registration when I get to the meeting?

Yes, on-site registration will be available; however, an early bird rate is offered until February 23rd. After that date, all registrations, including on-site, will be at the higher rate. Federal employees may register early to lock in the lower price and pay later/on-site. We encourage all attendees to register in advance to speed up check-in, ensure proper accommodation, and help us plan for the expected number of participants.
 

Are speakers and poster presenters required to register?

Yes. Please register for the meeting by visiting the Workshop registration page.
 

Can I see what sessions will be presented before I arrive on site?

Yes. The program is posted online here. The agenda will be populated with more speaker details and the schedule of presentations for each session closer to the DoD Applied Innovation Workshop.
 

Where can I find guidelines and information about poster presentations?

Once finalized, Poster Guidance will be posted on the poster page and sent out to Poster Presenters once the schedule is set.
 

Is there a hotel room block?

Yes. A block of hotel rooms has been reserved. The booking link will be provided shortly.
