Due to the government shutdown, we must postpone the DoD Applied Innovation Workshop on December 2-5.  We recognize that many of our participants, speakers, and collaborators are facing logistical challenges, and we want to ensure that everyone has the time and space to engage fully. We anticipate rescheduling to February 2026, and we will be in touch shortly with updates as they become available. We sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and ongoing participation.

The event registration types and associated fees are included below. Registration includes access to the plenary session and all technical sessions and short courses. Breakfast, lunch, and light receptions will be provided on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Breakfast will also be provided on Friday.

  • All speakers and poster presenters are required to register. 
  • Government contractors must register at the Standard rate.
  • Students must register using their .edu email address to receive the Student rate.
    • Student registration rate is available to individuals who are currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a college or university.
  • Federal employees have the option to register now and pay at a later date.
