The Department of Defense’s (DoD) Applied Innovation Workshop brings together project teams, implementation partners, industry innovators, and researchers to develop mission-focused solutions that enhance energy and resource resilience, protect warfighter health and safety, and strengthen the infrastructure needed to fight and win in contested environments. The workshop fosters cross-sector collaboration and practical pathways to improve warfighter capabilities across energy, environmental, and installation resilience domains.

The Workshop will offer a variety of hands-on training sessions, technology demonstrations, networking events, poster presentations, and more at the Washington Hilton in Washington, DC from December 2-5, 2025.

This event is hosted by the innovation programs under the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Energy Resilience & Optimization (DASD ER&O).

Stay tuned for the full agenda and open registration announcement.
